TIME - Our Best Diplomats: Women in the Peace Corps

URRGGHH I want to join the peace corps already!

But to join the peace corps I must finish my trilogy (I’m NOT leaving it halfway done and unpublished >.<)

And to finish my trilogy I  must close the internet and get back to editing…

The habit of procrastination becomes a problem when there’s no real deadline.

It's a new year. I figured some updating is in order.

It's hard to say what you might find on this blog...it changes day by day...but generally it is related to writing, science, philosophy or movies/books/tv shows that I'm currently excited about. Or pretty much anything that I find interesting.

I'm an aspiring author. I write fantasy, science fiction, and horror, for middle-grade, young adult, and adult readers. (Okay, I haven't written a book in all of those genres yet, but I plan to). I'm currently writing a YA Fantasy trilogy, the first of which won first prize and 500 dollars in Authorstand.com's 2nd annual novel contest.

But in the meantime I am a part-time Librarian's assistant and a part-time instructor of physics and astronomy at Eastern Kentucky University. I am also ex-military. If you want to know anything else about me, just ask. Seriously, ask me anything, use my ask button.
